How to Fax an Order Fill out order form on line and then...... click 'Total' button click 'Print Form' button Fax it to the fax number below 3. How to Email an Order Fill out order form on line and then...... click 'Total' button click 'Check Details' button If order is correct then click 'Email Order' button ONLY ONCE.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PRINT OUT ORDER FORM . Once the order form has been filled and the 'Total' button clicked. Turn on your printer with at least 4 sheets. THEN click PRINT FORM button. Do this in the ORDER FORM page.

NOTE Credit card details may be phoned or faxed if you do not wish to send it with your order form. The order form is not encrypted at the present. Using paypal.com is also an available option.
